   If it's your first Consultation with the fd Network, we will come out and see what your IT situation is like, and what you wish it to be, Install a Program which will allow us to do off-site consultations, and do general maintenance on any computers we find.
   An Off-Site Consultation is where you ring us with a small fault, where you require assistance. We will log in and help you through your problems, as these are generally short.
   An On-Site Consultation is where you ring us with a large problem that cannot be remotely diagnosed, these are usually only for Serious Software Problems, Hardware Faults or Hardware Upgrades, these generally take around 3 hours.
